Author Visit to Collège Protestant Français in Beirut, Lebanon

Hiba's author visit at Collège Protestant Français, in Beirut Lebanon on October 21, 2021: Hiba spent the day with 4th graders reading I Feel Better Now, engaging the students to act out Alia and Tommy's outdoor adventure, and playfully introducing them to yoga and mindfulness practices while highlighting how these practices can help us navigate life with more ease when faced with the array of difficult emotions and struggles we all feel throughout our lives.
