LIFE Conference in Dover, Delaware, “Moving Forward Together,” supporting persons with disabilities and their families, with a presentation on “Mindfulness as self care,” on January 21, 2026 at Bally’s Conference Center, Dover, Delaware.

The goal of  LIFE Conference is to promote and support full community integration for persons with disabilities, their families, caregivers, educators, and providers.  LIFE Conference provides information, educational resources, and opportunities focusing on the four areas of legislation, independence, families, and education.

It is supported by the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Administration for Community Living (ACL).
