Hiba co-led her 4th restorative yoga weekend retreat, “Inviting in the pause,” this past September with colleague Lois Takara.

Meditation, mindfulness walk, (lots of) yoga, and Let Your Yoga Dance were all part of this restorative workshop during the annual weekend retreat in the beautiful Poconos, PA.
