LIFE Conference in Dover, DE , “Moving forward together,” supporting persons with disabilities and their families - January 21, 2026

On January 21, 2026, Hiba had a presentation on “Mindfulness as Self Care”, with hands-on practices, followed by questions from the audience. The goal of the  LIFE conference is to promote and support full community integration for persons with disabilities, their families, caregivers, educators, and providers. The LIFE conference took place at Bally’s conference center, in Dover, DE.
