Rooted in resilience: Mindfulness and yoga for Sussex county cancer survivors on October 1st, 2025

Hiba led yoga and mindfulness practices for cancer survivors  in an empowering collaboration between two Sussex county healthcare institutions (Beebe Healthcare and Tidal Health), and three non-profit organizations (the American Cancer Society, the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition, and the Cancer Support Community).  The event took place on October 1st, 2025 at the beautiful Delaware Botanic Gardens in Dagsboro, Delaware.
