Summer Special Events at Involution Yoga Studio: Grief Yoga and Let Your Yoga Dance!

Hiba hosted these very specific yoga modality events at Involution Yoga Studio, in Lewes DE, this past Summer; Grief Yoga and Let Your Yoga Dance are not your regular yoga class; they are each completely different from the other, both very powerful in so many different ways.

Hiba is certified in both Grief Yoga and Let Your Yoga Dance and will be planning to teach more of those two classes in the upcoming season.
