High school Yoga for Anatomy Students - May 8, 2026

On May 8, 2026, Hiba led mindfulness and yoga practices throughout the school day to science teacher Dr. Nancy Ashby’s anatomy and medical terminology students at Cape Henlopen High School (Lewes, DE). This event was the last one of a year long wellness series to introduce the students to self care and emotional self regulation techniques.
