Yoga for High School Students - Spring 2026

Hiba visited the Cape Henlopen high school (Lewes, DE) several times this past Spring 2026 athletic season to stretch the girls soccer and lacrosse teams, allowing for muscular tension release and body awareness, to help athletes balance and reset mentally and physically.
